- Reiki is not a cure for disease. It is a complementary healing art that produces a relaxation response that is conducive to self-healing.
- All Intuitive sessions are subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute. Intuition can take the form of images, words, feelings and other senses. The combination is highly subjective to interpretation.
- All people are intuitive and there is a scale of ability. Kathleen, representing Quantum Transformation, has expanded her natural ability with ongoing training and certification. All intuitive sessions, whether by Quantum Transformation or any other certified intuitive, are not 100% accurate, enters the realm of possibilities rather than absolutes; and therefore, are not guaranteed.
- You are the best judge of what is in your best interests. Trust yourself and use your common sense and judgment. You are responsible for your life and any choices that you make. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your session are your sole responsibility.
- For legal reasons, we have to advise you that the readings are for entertainment purposes only. Quantum Transformation’s services are not a substitute for professional advice, and it is advised that you seek advice from the relevant qualified professionals (i.e. medical, legal, psychological, business or financial). You accept fully, by using services through a direct or indirect request for a session, the following: Quantum Transformation Inc. assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on intuitive sessions provided.
Copyright
- You shall not publish, display, share, distribute, or publicly archive any material, photo, content, etc. garnered during an intuitive reading/consultation/conversation without express written permission from Quantum Transformation.
- All written and recorded material that Quantum Transformation shares with you is copyright to Quantum Transformation Inc. and is for your personal use only.
- Any recording of a session cannot be shared publicly without the express written permission of all parties involved plus Quantum Transformation Inc.
Cancellation Policy
- Reiki or Intuitive Sessions: If you need to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24-hour notice to rebook at a time suitable for both of us.
- Intuitive Sessions Only: Intuition is not an exact science. It requires the right combination of my ability to connect, your ability to receive information, and spiritual connections that can be unpredictable. I have a good track record of successfully connecting. On the rare occasion, the intuitive connection may not occur. If that is the case, please understand it is not personal and I will let you know if the connection is not happening. I may have to end the session and will reimburse you or reschedule your appointment.
