Bespoke Flower Essence Workshop

Flower essences have been used for emotional balancing since the 1930's as founded by Edward Bach (Bach's Flower Essences).

Over 50 stock essences will be at the workshop. Blend and take home your unique signature remedy. With this many essences there are more than a million combinations. Learn to intuitively select yours.

Each essence has a vibrational frequency that shifts emotional patterning. What frequency do you want to match? Abundance of Love? Dissolve fear? Ease the Heart?

The class is called a flower essence workshop as a nod to Bach's flower remedies. In addition to flower essences, we have tree, gemstone, and sea essences. Did you know that sea essences are created only on Vancouver Island!

The essences do not contain any physical elements of the plant, animal, gem or  crystal sources, instead their individual “frequency” is captured and preserved in water. Every bottle will receive Reiki for maximum benefit.

Each bottle will be decorated with a positive word or phrase following the principles of Masaru Emoto's study with water. Each bottle can be decorated as much or as little as you like.

 The subtle vibrational frequency shift feels amazing. Your bespoke flower essence remedy will last 3-4 weeks when used as directed.

Every participant will receive a reference workbook with instructions to make future blends and handy references on where to buy stock essences for your own collection. 

When you bring your clean bottle to reuse at the next class, you can save $5. Repeat the class to create  your new remedy to support your new frequency.
